Pembayaran dilakukan sebelum proses pengerjaan dimulai. Bisa DP 50% atau full payment.

Harga untuk customer lokal dan internasional berdeda. Untuk customer internasional, harga yang berlaku adalah harga pada price list internasional, apapyn metode pembayaran atau mata uang yang digunakan.

Desain yang sudah masuk proses pengerjaan tidak dapat direfund. Untuk pembayaran full di awal, refund hanya bisa sebagian (50%) dan tidak berlaku full refund, karena waktu dan tenaga sudah terpakai selama proses pengerjaan.

Perubahan ke konsep baru setelah briefing dan proses pengerjaan dimulai akan tetap dikenakan fee normal. Tidak ada refund untuk perubahan tersebut.

Estimasi pengerjaan sekitar 5-7 hari kerja (bisa lebih, tergantung tingkat kesulitan & antrean).

Setiap Notice Poster akan diberi watermark “Designed by mominjun_”.

DILARANG menghapus, menutupi, memindahkan, atau mengubah credit yang tertera di notice poster tanpa izin dan persetujuan dari aku terlebih dahulu.

Kalau membutuhkan design notice poster tanpa credit (private design), boleh banget didiskusikan dari awal. Additional fee akan berlaku dan design tidak akan aku upload ke portfolio maupun social media.

Apabila terdapat penghapusan credit atau perubahan design tanpa persetujuan, aku berhak memberikan sanksi berupa denda sebesar 2x biaya commission dan/atau teguran sesuai kebijakan berlaku.

Revisi maksimal 2x (minor). Revisi tambahan akan dikenakan biaya IDR 20.000 untuk 1–2x revisi minor.

File final akan dikirim dalam format JPG / PNG / MP4. Jika membutuhkan file mentahan (PSD / Ai), akan dikenakan biaya tambahan 2x harga per item desain.

Untuk desain yang akan dicetak, harap konfirmasi terlebih dahulu dan pastikan semua ketentuan khusus dari vendor sudah sesuai.

Desain dengan konsep yang sama namun mengganti teks, warna, atau foto akan dikenakan biaya tambahan IDR 25.000.

Maksimal revisi 2x (minor)

Setelah file final dikirim, revisi minor tambahan akan dikenakan biaya IDR 20.000 untuk 1x revisi minor.

Payment is required before the design process starts. You can choose 50% down payment or full payment.

Local and international customers will follow the international price list, regardless of the oayment method or currency used.

Once the design process has started, refund is not available. For full payments, refunds can only be partial (50%) and full refunds are not applicable, as time and effort have already been spent.

Changing to a new concept after the briefing and design process has started will still be charged at the regular fee. No refund will be available.

The estimated working time is around 5-7 working days (may take longer depending on complexity and queue).

All Notice Posters will include a “Designed by mominjun” watermark.

Please DO NOT remove, cover, move, or alter the credit stated on the notice poster without my permission first. 💛

Need a design without credit? No worries! Just let me know from the beginning. A private design option is available with an additional fee, and the design will not be posted on my portfolio or social media.

An unauthorized removal of credits or modification of the design may result in a penalty of 2x the commission price and/or a public notice according to the applicable policy.

🚫 Using fansite photos without permission is not allowed. If permission has been granted, please attach proof of permission.

Please use high-resolution (HD) images for the best results.

Maximum 2 minor revisions are included. Additional revisions will be charged $3 for 1 extra minor revisions.

Final files will be delivered in JPG / PNG / MP4 format. Requests for RAW files (PSD / AI / PDF) will be charged 2x the original design price per item.

Designs with the same concept but different text, colors, or photos will be charged an additional $4.
